Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 June 2026

1. About us

These terms govern your use of dvelopconsultants.co.uk and any coaching, mentoring or related services you book through it ("Services"). The site and Services are provided by DVelop Apprenticeship Consultants ("we", "us"). You can contact us at liammatthews@dvelopconsultants.co.uk.

2. Booking and payment

A contract is formed when we confirm your booking by email. Payment is taken at the time of booking via our payment provider. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

3. What we provide

We provide one-to-one coaching, guidance and supporting materials related to apprenticeship applications. We will use reasonable skill and care in delivering the Services. We do not guarantee any particular outcome (such as securing an apprenticeship offer), as that depends on factors outside our control.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Rescheduling and missed sessions

You may reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, may be treated as delivered and are not refundable.

6. Refunds and cancellation rights

Your refund and statutory cancellation rights are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the total amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website and any materials we provide as part of the Services (worksheets, guides, slides, recordings) remain our property. You may use them for your personal study but may not copy, share, redistribute, or publish them without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you make a booking is the one that applies to that booking.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
