Refund Policy

1. Your 14-day cancellation right
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided your coaching session has not yet taken place.
If you book a session that is scheduled to take place within that 14-day window, you waive the right to cancel from the moment the session begins. This is standard practice for digital services delivered on demand.
2. How to request a refund
Email liammatthews@dvelopconsultants.co.uk with your booking reference and the reason for cancelling. You don't have to give a reason for cancellations inside the 14-day window — we just need it to locate your order.
3. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your request. Your bank may take an additional few working days to show the refund on your statement.
4. Rescheduling instead of cancelling
If you can't make a booked session, you can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice — just email us. Sessions missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, are not refundable.
5. If something goes wrong
If a session can't go ahead because of something on our side (technical problems, illness, etc.), we will either reschedule at a time that suits you or offer a full refund — your choice.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
